Cancellation and Return Process
Customer satisfaction is important to us. In order to ensure a transparent and reliable shopping experience, we process cancellations and returns in accordance with our operational standards and applicable consumer protection and data protection regulations.
Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the order without providing any reason. After this period, orders may enter the preparation or production stage and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Return requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, using the same shipping carrier that delivered the order. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product contains a material defect or an unacceptable fault that prevents its intended use. Products returned due to personal preference, including dissatisfaction, size, color, dimensions, or design preferences, are not eligible for return, as all relevant product details are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
Once a returned product is received, it will be inspected and processed in line with the customer’s request, subject to the outcome of the inspection.
Personal information provided during cancellation or return requests is processed solely for the purpose of managing these requests and fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
